Whats your "go to" style element

What’s your go-to style element that brings the drama to your look?

Post-baby Gavin, my body completely changed. After Prin I felt like I could fake it a bit. I was still in my early twenties and super active! Now? I sit at a desk excessively and still haven’t locked down a work out schedule! I needed pieces in my closet that complimented my body as is. After purging heaps of old pajamas, breast milk stained t-shirts and those handy dandy maternity leggings, which were still in heavy rotation for a while to suck in that extra belly fat,  I finally wanted to look and feel like myself even though- I didn’t look and feel like myself, make sense?. I think when I’m already not feeling hot AND I don’t look hot it adds insult to injury.  But girl! There’s no mood good hair or good clothes can’t cure! So I did some digging and I found ruffles

Ruffles are a style element I’ve adopted that easily bring a dramatic, classy and playful edge to a basic look. It gives a normal top and denim a little depth.  An exaggerated bell sleeve with a peplum style cut can be so forgiving to that post-baby shape. Save yourself the self-ridicule, stop trying on all your old clothes that hugged you well before but not anymore, and update your style to accentuate the woman you are at any shape and size!

Trust me, this is the conversation I’ve had and still have with myself. Like keep it real.

A peplum solution, what post baby belly? done.
